The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Lab Coats: All orders will be processed within the specified time. A bulk order will be placed. Once the bulk order is placed delivery of the items will be 2 weeks from the date the order was placed.
Health Unit Coordinator Items: Batch orders will be processed on the 15th and 30th of each month. Once the bulk order is placed delivery of the items will be 3 weeks from the date the order was placed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All orders placed through the Memorial Hermann Online Order website are considered custom orders. All items are not stocked and are shipped directly from our production staff to the customer. Therefore unless an item is defective, we cannot accept returns.
Should an item be defective please contact us at the email below. We will discuss replacement options with you.
